A Whackadoodle Poll: Star Trek, or Star Wars?
Perhaps you can glean from my descriptions my own opinion. I am only asking because I am curious about your opinion. If you have an answer not in my poll, put it in the comments.

People can tell a lot about others by the hero’s in their lives. So here are your choices: Star Trek, or Star Wars?
Star Wars: A vast empire long ago, and far, far, away, fight a intergalactic war against rebels bent on defeating the empire. Both sides have the force to help them. The force can be used to do amazing things, but it has a dark side, and a light side. The force must be mastered, or the dark side will take over. We watch as the empire blows up entire planets in order to defeat the rebels. We watch as the rebels learn to master the force and blow up the Empire’s planet killing weapon.
Star Trek: The human race eventually has the technology to travel the stars, and explore new civilizations. Once a week, they meet strange new species like the Horta. A silicone-based life form bent on killing humans, and which humans are bent on defending themselves against. But during their mission, our heroes realize that the Horta is simply a mother defending its children. After they learn to communicate, they all learn to work together and get along.

You can put your answer to ‘Why?’ into the original article comment section on my Substack. If you put them in Facebook comments, I may never see them.
Thanks for playing. Playing is good for everyone.
